This is one of the best UFO pictures I have see from the past. It was
taken in 1926 or 1927 in Cave Junction, Oregon, by a volunteer fireman. As UFO pictures go, it is of excellent quality and with enough surrounding landscape so you can get an idea of its size.
From
the clarity of the photograph, it is likely that the UFO was hovering
when the picture was taken as all the picture has as consistent sense
of clarity throughout. This clarity definitely sets it apart from
other UFO pictures as a real gem.
With
so many UFO pictures, it is either too dark, too jerky or too out of
focus. This was a rare and fortunate daylight picture in which the
craft was still or moving very little. Judging by the overall quality
of the picture, I would think the volunteer fireman that took the
picture was a very competent amateur photographer.
I
must admit a fondness for UFO pictures from the state I live in and
this one is simply excellent. Since the photo came from the past, it
was very difficult to fake anything of this quality. Nowadays, with
Photoshop, excellent fakes are showing up all the time, but I would
have to say this is the real deal.
