With this week;s revelation that Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich supposedly saw a UFO, new questions over whether or not they truly exist have sprung back to life. Every time a science fiction movie comes out in theaters, the daily internet news attacks us yet again with UFO pictures, UFO videos and alien pictures. It seems to be a passing trend. One day UFO pics are thought to be completely real; the next, people pass it off as lunacy.
But does everyone remember the Phoenix UFO video? It was probably the most reported sighting ever. Hundreds, even thousands, of people saw the bright lights hovering over South Mountain near Phoenix. So what's it like to live in the Valley of the Sun? Well, let's just say that I don't think anyone around here would be surprised to see something like that again. And for us, talk of UFO's is not a passing fancy. So many UFO pictures were taken of the 1997 event and so many individuals spoke about what they saw that few people doubt that something occurred.
For the residents of Phoenix, any light now seems to be a possible sighting. No, we may not believe all the alien pictures that we're shown, but we believe in the lights that showed up ten years ago. On occasion, lights are again spotted and we all look up, wondering about what it is we're seeing. The news may or may not make reference to the latest UFO pictures and we continue on with our lives. Congressman Kucinich has taken a lot of criticism this week over what he saw, but for my money, something (and I'm not even ruling out the possibility of it being man-made) is out there. Just ask any Phoenix resident. Most of us will tell you that the Phoenix UFO video is real. Just come out here and watch the skies sometime.
