He didn't take UFO videos, but a man named Guiseppe Quinones actually took UFO pictures of a craft-like object emerging from the waters of the lake, and then hovering before zooming off. There have been dozens of UFO photos taken in Puerto Rico, a byproduct of the hundreds of witnesses who gave their testimony about the UFOs and USOs they witnessed. There is so much USO activity in Puerto Rico that the government frequently flies a radar-equipped aerostat in the some of the active areas.
